Brooklyn man shot in feud outside Coney Island apartment complex

The victim, identified by family as Raul Cordero, got into the dispute about 6:40 p.m. in the courtyard of the Harbor View apartments on W. 21st St. near Surf Ave. in Coney Island, cops said.
