Inslee suspends some parts of open-government laws amid coronavirus crisis

The governor’s proclamation contends “strict compliance” with the records law conflicts with the COVID-19 state of emergency because the law requires “bringing people in contact with one another at a time when the virus is rapidly spreading.”
