Bronx man charged with trying to snatch boy, 8, from mom in subway station

Luis Toledo, 36, approached the mom and son on a D train platform at the Fordham Road station in Fordham Heights at about 9:15 p.m. March 16, and tried to pull the boy from his mother’s hands, cops said. She yelled and pulled her boy back toward her as a crowd gathered around them.
