Man fatally shot outside Brooklyn bar’s outdoor dining area; shooter flees in van

The 39-year-old victim got into an argument with his killer near Erv’s on Beekman, a cafe and bar on Beekman Place near Flatbush Ave. in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, cops said.
