Drunk driver who fatally struck Brooklyn pedestrian charged with manslaughter

Uri Hochberg, 47, of Edison, N.J., was taken into custody shortly after the Friday afternoon crash near the corner of Graham Ave. and Broadway in Williamsburg, cops said.
