Ex-NYPD cop busted in Long Island drug ring pleads guilty to manslaughter for dealing fatal dose of fentanyl

Joseph Recca, 28, of West Islip, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter, criminal sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy charges, Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini said.
