Manhattan gunman shoots at car, hits bystander with stray bullet

The 39-year-old victim told police that he was walking along W. 134th St. near Amsterdam Ave. around 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 9 when he heard several gunshots, followed by a searing pain to his right leg, officials said.
