NYC should build a map that shows real-time bike lane obstructions, says Council member

The bill by Councilwoman Carlina Rivera (D-Manhattan), would require the city Department of Transportation to build a map that shows exactly where the city’s bike lanes are located — and which ones are obstructed by things like construction, snow or movie shoots.
