‘This has to be someone he trusted’: Brooklyn man found dead and tied up never opened door for strangers, sister says

Malcolm Holder’s caretaker found him face down on the floor of the living room in his second-floor Crown Heights apartment Friday morning, police said. The 46-year-old’s hands were tied behind his back and his ankles were bound together, cops said.
