NYC driver charged with killing passenger in drunk crash on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway

Driver Chelsia Rety, 22, was traveling east on the BQE around 12:40 a.m. when she lost control of the wheel and struck a barrier known as a “cushion” near the Flushing Ave. exit, cops said.
