Man shot dead outside Bronx housing project

A 29-year-old man was shot dead outside a Bronx housing project early Sunday, cops said.

Nelson Ramos was shot multiple times in the chest in front of the Monroe Houses on Soundview Ave. near Lafayette Ave. in Soundview around 3:50 a.m., authorities said.
