Calgary mother and son charged with obstruction of justice connected to murder charge he already faces

A Calgary man — who is already accused of first-degree murder — and his mother are each charged with obstruction of justice in connection to the homicide.

Mohamad Rafih, 22, was charged last month with first-degree murder in the death of Timothy
