Santa Rosa Firefighters Rescue 4 Dogs From Apartment Fire

The Santa Rosa Fire Department, responding to an alarm at a four-plex apartment Wednesday evening, extinguished a kitchen fire, and rescued four pet dogs that were alone in the building.
