Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro vows to go after political foes after vote for assembly to rewrite constitution

Venezuela is voting to elect a new assembly today, tasked with changing the country’s constitution. It would have the power to bypass the existing National Assembly, currently controlled by an alliance of opposition parties.
