Philippines president declares martial law as Muslim extremists lay siege to city

Muslim extremists abducted a Catholic priest and more than a dozen churchgoers while laying siege to a southern Philippine city overnight, burning buildings, ambushing soldiers and hoisting ISIS flags, officials say.
