'Good Samaritan' attacked at Southgate Centre has died, according to Facebook post

A man who was assaulted while trying to intervene in a robbery attempt at the Southgate Centre earlier this week has died, according to a Facebook post from his wife.

Sharon Armstrong said on Facebook on Friday afternoon that her husband, Iain Armstrong, had died.
