Trump pardons ex-Cheney aide convicted of perjury, obstruction in CIA leak case

U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a full pardon to I. Lewis (Scooter) Libby, a top aide to former vice-president Dick Cheney. Libby had been convicted of lying to investigators and obstruction of justice.
