‘I expect a seat’: Yukon woman buys Air Canada ticket, gets put on standby

Shannon Washburn-Hayden says she arrived at the Toronto airport in plenty of time for the Toronto-Vancouver leg of her flight back home, but was told that she had been downgraded to standby because the flight was overbooked.
