The Strumbellas, Leonard Cohen win big while Drake gets snubbed at Junos gala dinner

There were quite a few surprises Saturday night at the Junos Gala Dinner in Ottawa and they all seemed to revolve around people beating out Drake. That list included the Strumbellas, Jazz Cartier and Leonard Cohen.
