BREAKING: Users Reporting that Instagram & WhatApp Is Down

Vancouver (WNews)- It’s may be April fools but take notice that Instagram and supposedly WhatsApp is facing outages. Users started reporting issues on Twitter just after 2pm on April.

We can confirm the reports as we faced issues with loading content on Instagram especially stories.
