Indigenous woman’s eviction highlights grey areas in divorce cases

A woman on Wahta Mohawk territory is getting kicked out of her marital home, built with her ex-husband without a settlement of assets. Ottawa changed divorce and separation rights for those on reserves in 2014 but Tori Cress says on this reserve those laws are not being respected.
