Trucker accused of triggering highway chaos in Montreal arrested

One of the two truck drivers who refused to have their truck towed during a snowstorm on Tuesday night has been arrested, Quebec provincial police say. More than 300 people were stranded for over 12 hours during blizzard Tuesday night.
