Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne to deliver keynote address at pre-election Liberal gathering

Premier Kathleen Wynne is delivering a “rally-style” speech to Ontario Liberal Party party members ahead of the coming spring provincial election.

The gathering in downtown Toronto, which enters its second day today, focuses on campaign preparedness, volunteer training and recruitment.
