Santa Rosa Artist Honors Front Line Workers With Free Portraits

John Decker, a Santa Rosa artist, has been painting portraits – for free – of front line workers during the pandemic and giving them to the subjects as a way to say thanks for their effort. Garvin Thomas reports.
