Justin Trudeau floats in to kick off Canada Summer Games

Before Canada Summer Games athletes hit the water for rowing competitions, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau went on a boat tour with his daughter, Ella-Grace, through Lake of the Woods in Ontario on Friday morning.
