U.S. consultants slam Shared Services Canada for failing projects

CBC News has obtained a scathing internal report ordered by the federal government to explain why Shared Services Canada has seen such a string of information-technology failures since its creation in 2011. The document paints a dismal picture of weak managers in far over their heads.
