Canada expands Venezuela sanctions, adds 43 people close to Maduro

Canada has expanded sanctions against the Venezuelan government of President Nicolas Maduro, according to a statement from Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland, targeting an additional 43 people close to the disputed leader.
