RCMP appeals decision in officer’s bullying lawsuit

The RCMP is appealing the judgment in a bullying lawsuit brought by one of its officers, in which the judge called the Mounties’ behaviour “outrageous.” The RCMP allege the trial judge made a host of errors in her ruling.
