Budget targets $3.4B for ‘critical’ needs of Indigenous communities

The federal government is increasing its spending on post-secondary education, community infrastructure and the health of Indigenous people in a clear attempt to quell criticism over its handling of serious issues that continue to plague First Nation and Inuit communities.
