Former vets ombudsman considers NDP leadership bid, criticizes ‘elite’ Liberals and Tories

Former veterans ombudsman Pat Stogran says he’s looking at joining the NDP and running for the leadership to replace Tom Mulcair. He says he would bring a reputation of standing up for ordinary people.
