Blue Jays summon prospects Teoscar Hernandez, Carlos Ramirez

The Toronto Blue Jays will have some reinforcements on the bench for Friday night’s game at Baltimore. Prospects Teoscar Hernandez and Richard Urena were recalled from the minors as major league rosters can expand up to 40 players, starting Friday.
