Penguins’ Crosby gets his 1,000th point with assist against Jets

Pittsburgh’s Sidney Crosby scored his 1,000th career point Tuesday against WInnipeg, registering an assist on Chris Kunitz’s goal at 6:28 of the first period to give the Penguins a 2-0 lead.
