Oil export options for western Canadian producers expand slightly as Enbridge tops up Mainline

Calgary-based Enbridge Inc. says it’ll be able to ship an extra 100,000 barrels a day by year-end on its Mainline system, which accounts for about 70 per cent of Canadian oil exports into the United States.
