Alberta premier insists rules were followed at 'Sky Palace' patio dinner

Premier Jason Kenney continued to insist on Thursday that he, three cabinet ministers and his staff members were following the rules when they dined outdoors on an 11th-floor terrace on the Alberta legislature grounds earlier this week.
