Arbitrator upholds decision to fire Calgary Transit bus driver who sexually harassed colleague

An arbitrator has upheld the City of Calgary’s decision to fire a Calgary Transit bus driver who sexually harassed his colleague, after the union grieved the man’s dismissal.
