Orphan bear cub rescued near Edgewater, B.C. on its way to recovery

An orphan bear cub was rescued in Edgewater, B.C. in what local residents are calling a “Christmas miracle.” But two residents who found the bear say the rescue highlights a gap in the province’s approach to wildlife rehabilitation.
