Man caught driving impaired twice in 1 night ‘selfish’ say Surrey RCMP

Surrey RCMP are publicly calling out the actions of a 37-year-old man for what they are describing as”‘selfish behaviour,” after he was pulled over twice in one night for allegedly operating two different vehicles while drunk.
