Vancouver police asking hit-and-run driver who injured two to come forward

Police are appealing to the driver of a grey or silver Kia Optima hybrid electric car that hit two pedestrians crossing Fraser Street near East 20th Avenue on Monday morning to do the right thing and come forward.
