B.C. cyclist Maggie Coles-Lyster alleges she was sexually abused by Belgian team member

The global body for cycling — the UCI — has launched a formal investigation into the Belgian team after Canadian cyclist Maggie Coles-Lyster and American cyclist Sara Youmans alleged abuses within the squad.
