BC Ferries president grumbles about ‘lower’ than expected fare increase set for April 1

The president and CEO of BC Ferries says a 2.3 per cent increase to fares on April 1 is too low and will make it harder to meet objectives to improve the service. Third quarter results show the corporation lost $8.3 million from October to December 2019.
