Second storm heading to South Coast and Vancouver Island bringing snow and rain

Environment Canada has ended winter weather warnings for Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland after heavy snowfall of up to 20 centimetres in some areas, but the agency warns of a second storm arriving Sunday.
