Society pitches new life for Hogan's Alley after Vancouver viaducts come down

Randy Clark, who spent his formative years in Vancouver’s historic Black community before the viaducts were built, is part of a group hoping to see a revitalization of the area with acknowledgment of the city’s Black history.
