British police thank Canadian cop after Surrey U.K., Surrey B.C. mix-up

After a distressed B.C. woman mistakenly contacted Surrey U.K. police for help a Toronto constable, who happened to be in the call centre at the time, helped the force get Surrey RCMP officers to the woman.
