WNews Editorial – 2021 was a crazy year with many events that have happened in the world. The pandemic continued into the New Year with hundreds of millions of people getting the virus. The Vaccine for COVID19 was officially rolled out with the Pfizer vaccine and the Moderna being the main one.

On January 6, a group of protesters stormed the Captial Building in DC, also known as ‘January 6 Insurrection’, causing the biggest crisis in US modern history. Many believe that the group is officially linked to President Donald Trump. Due to the insurrection, Trump has impeached a second time after leaving office. Trump would be acquitted a second time by the Senate in February.
The year has been hard for parts of the world including the Province of BC which faced many natural disasters during the year.
