When he was taken to the 42nd Precinct, Floyd claimed that Terrell detained and threatened him, then beat him “about the head and face” while his superiors watched. Floyd allegedly suffered a fractured eye socket and a broken nose, but Terrell refused to get him medical attention, the lawsuit states.
