“My philosophy is don’t talk about it, be about it,” Washington, 42, told the Daily News. “People always talk about they’re going to do this and they’re going to do that. I’m going to be about getting results. I want people when they see me to say, ‘This is Detective Washington. He is going to take care of the situation that I want taken care of.’”
