New documents on phase two of the Second Ave. subway — an extension of the Q line to 125th St. — reveal the next leg of the famed, largely unbuilt subway line will be wrapped up in 2029. That will be more than a decade after Gov. Cuomo opened the first section of the subway project on Jan. 1, 2017.
