Zula Mehari Werede, a 29-year-old gas station clerk, went to the Valley Ridge Park in SeaTac to play soccer with friends. He forgot something in his car, so doubled back to the parking lot. He was fatally shot by a man who apparently mistook him for an unidentified gunman who had fired at the man a year earlier.
