Off-duty MTA Bridges and Tunnels cop shot dead outside his Staten Island home

Roger Thompson, 48, was arguing with a man when he was shot by him on Bradley Ave. near Harold St. in Manor Heights about 10:25 p.m. Wednesday, cops and witnesses said.
