BREAKING – There are 21 new COVID-19 cases in the province according to Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry. There are 18 test positive cases and 3 epi-linked cases. There have been 3,170 test positive cases of COVID in the province.
There have been 4 cases linked to Krazy Cherries. And more than 20 cases now linked to Kelowna outbreaks. This included parties involving 20 and 30 year olds at two Kelowna hotels.
ICU numbers are xtremely low today. Down to just 3 people in ICU. There are currently 15 people in hospital. There are no new deaths.
Dr. Henry spoke on the study released yeterday. Says it shows very low community spread of the virus in BC.
Since May 18, 47,232 surgeries have been completed in BC. More than 36,000 were scheduled surgeries according to Adrian Dix.
